Nicole Tobias received her real estate license in 2009 after buying and selling two of her own homes and wanting a broader understanding of the process. The negotiation and specifics were invigorating and how better to use that love to help others realize the same dream of home ownership.

Nicole spent a few years of her career working on a team of realtors that had extensive knowledge of the market. As a member of the team, Nicole was a buyers agent and processor (handling daily tasks as paperwork, price negotiation, home inspection and repairs, and closing processes). She thoroughly enjoyed helping buyers find their dream homes and processing, but wanted to expand her business.
Nicole began working with sellers and investors as well, taking listings in 2012. Throughout the last few years, Nicole has made contact and works with many area investors who buy, rehab and resell bank owned, distressed and short sales.
